Scan a brain, read a mind?

One of neuroscientists insists that brain scans can read people’s mind, soon. In order to realize his thoughts, the neuroscientist uses EEG and fMRI data. Even though two methods still have limitations, scientists can reconstruct faces that subjects are viewing during the fMRI scan. Each scientist has their own algorithms to analyze brain data, but their fundamental goals is understanding how the brain does and  what it does.
