Intermission - A fairly complex scene: Veach-Ajar

In a special edition, I would like to go over my experience in rendering the scene Veach-Ajar by Benedikt Bitterli. Since it is a scene with many objects, which has instances, transformations, and features a procedural checkerboard texture. While the scene is not officially a part of our assignments, it is a useful testbed for the ray tracer.
