Chorrent is an open-source Rust library and command-line interface that facilitates peer-to-peer file transfer using a short code. Inspired by concepts from BitTorrent and existing tools like sendme, it enables efficient file sharing by allowing multiple downloaders to pull pieces from seeders, significantly increasing media transfer limits. The project is looking for community contributions to further enhance its capabilities.
