Python 3.15.0 candidate 2 is here!

Python 3.15.0 Release Candidate 2 has been released, with a focus on allowing only clear bug fixes until the final version arrives in October. Maintainers of third-party Python projects are encouraged to prepare their projects for the new version and publish compatible wheels on PyPI for testing.
