Fanlore - 144,520 breached accounts

In August 2026, the Organization for Transformative Works detected unauthorized access to the Fanlore wiki, leading to a breach that exposed 145,520 unique email addresses, usernames, and passwords stored using MD5 or PBKDF2 hashing. The exposed data was subsequently submitted to Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) for awareness.
