Atari has acquired the complete rights to the first five Wizardry games, a series considered highly influential in the RPG genre. The acquisition consolidates ownership with Atari while Drecom retains some rights. The original Wizardry game was developed by Robert Woodhead and Andrew C. Greenberg in 1981.
