SQLite 3.53.0

SQLite 3.53.0 introduces major updates, including the ability to add/remove NOT NULL and CHECK constraints in ALTER TABLE, a new json_array_insert() function, enhanced CLI mode with new result formatting thanks to the Query Results Formatter library, and an interactive playground interface for users to test the improvements. The previous version 3.52.0 was withdrawn, making this release particularly significant.
