I read an article last week in the New York Times about AdBlock, a Firefox plugin that whites out ads if they are served from certain large advertising servers. Apparently, a rather large number of people are getting very vocal and outraged at this, calling it theft, and so forth. They’re even blocking Firefox users from visiting their sites.
