A recent injunction has halted the enforcement of Texas state law SB2420, which previously mandated age assurance requirements for app developers. Apple has paused its implementation plans but will continue to provide developers with tools for compliance testing. These tools, which include a Declared Age Range API and others, are also useful for upcoming laws in Utah and Louisiana.
