Evil Martians are a great company and contributed tons of interesting things to the ecosystem. I am sure that what is written on the box is correct and it reduces memory usage over Rails native Action Cable and scales better. That said, the fundamentals here still stand, fascinatingly if I were to rewrite the article for today, no much would change....
