TrustedVolumes, a market maker used by 1inch and other DeFi platforms, was recently exploited for $6.7 million due to inadequate validation, allowing the attacker to convert stolen assets into ETH. The attacker has been linked to a previous exploit in March 2025 that drained $5 million from 1inch, although the latter claims their systems were not affected.
