Scala 3.9 LTS released!

Scala 3.9 LTS has been released, introducing a new Long Term Support baseline that offers stability and timely updates for library maintainers while continuing to enhance the Scala Next line. It features a variety of improvements including the stabilization of the 'into' implicit conversion mechanism, enhanced documentation capabilities in Scaladoc, updates to Scala CLI and Scala.js support for WebAssembly, along with numerous compiler and library updates. Project migration from Scala 3.3 LTS is mostly straightforward, with a structured update guide provided. Scala 3.9 aims to maintain backward compatibility while enhancing language features.
