The Open Secure AI Alliance has introduced guidelines called SAFE for cybersecurity incident reporting involving AI agents. This initiative comes shortly after the alliance's formation, highlighting its rapid growth with over 120 members including major tech companies. The guidelines were published for feedback by the Linux Foundation.
