DigitalOcean has launched v5 Droplets, powered by 5th Gen AMD EPYC™ processors, offering enhanced performance for demanding workloads such as AI/ML and high-traffic applications. These Droplets allow users to independently select vCPU, memory, and storage, resulting in flexible and cost-effective computing. Existing Droplet plans remain unchanged, offering users the option to transition to the new high-performance model without disrupting their current experience. Available now in select regions, v5 Droplets promise improved scalability for the AI era.
