Coverage 6.0

Coverage.py 6.0 is now available. It’s a major version bump for two reasons: Python 2 is no longer supported. Third-party packages are automatically ignored, which could be a big change for some people. There are other smaller improvements, described in the change history.Give it a try, and let me know what you think....
